Cardiovascular system

Cold Shock (delayed capillary refill >2s, weak pulses): Adrenaline infusion (0.05 - 0.3 mcg/kg/min). Warm Shock (flash refill, bounding pulses): Noradrenaline infusion (0.05 - 0.5 mcg/kg/min).

Respiratory system

PARDS severity defined by Oxygenation Index (OI) = (MAP x FiO2 x 100) / PaO2. Severe PARDS OI >= 16.
